Terms of Service

2.1 Account Creation: You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it in a timely manner.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Service.

3.1 Subscription Models: We offer Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans. Specific feature limits and pricing are detailed on our pricing page.

3.2 Payment: Unless otherwise specified, subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment constitutes your authorization for us to charge the applicable fees.

3.3 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice. Price adjustments will take effect in the next billing cycle.

3.4 Refund Policy: Services are provided on a periodic basis and pro-rated refunds are not supported. To cancel, please cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle.

5.1 Our Rights: The Service and all related software, documentation, interface designs, and technology are the exclusive property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content: Content (documents, URLs, etc.) you upload to the Knowledge Base remains yours. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 Feedback: Any suggestions, feedback, or improvements you provide to us may be used by us freely without any compensation to you.

6.1 Data Processing: We process your data in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used only to provide the Service to you and will never be used to train our AI models or provided to third parties.

6.2 Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

6.3 Data Backup: We regularly back up data to prevent accidental loss, but we are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

7.1 Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance.

7.2 Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.3 Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or other similar damages, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.4 Total Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the service fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access the Service.

9.2 Termination by Us: If we find that you have violated these Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of the Agreement, you remain liable for any outstanding payments. Our confidentiality obligations, intellectual property provisions, and limitation of liability provisions shall survive.

10.1 Amicable Negotiation: For any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, we will first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation.

10.2 Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.3 Jurisdiction: If a settlement cannot be reached through negotiation, any dispute shall be submitted to the people's court having jurisdiction where our company is located.
